Once the payment is complete, please upload a photo of your pet to be used for the product on the [order confirmation page]. If you missed the upload, you can always upload the file in your [Account Page]. Once the photo is uploaded,

it cannot be changed.

(However, if the photo is not suitable for production, we will contact you individually.)

Pet Image Guidelines

Take a photo at your pet’s eye level in a well-lit area with plenty of natural light.

(Make sure there are no shadows on your pet’s face.)

Placing your pet's treat near the camera can help keep their focus and result in a more stable photo.

Please avoid using small subjects, low-resolution photos, or screenshots, as the quality of the work may be affected and satisfaction could be lower.
